What do you do?

We provide protection to your certificate by supplying an unique smart scan QR code and authentication number to all certificates awarded by your institution.  This is loaded in our database as soon as the certificate is issued.  We track all certificates that's loaded and registered with us.  When the certificate is received by the valid owner of the certificate, it is then activated via a One Time Pin system. Any interested party can now quickly verify the authenticity of the certificate issued.

How does it work?

First step, the issuer loads the certificates on the system, using the institutions unique login details. As it is processed, the Certificate status is updated and reflects the progress of the certificate.  Lastly, when the certificate is on its way to the certificate holder, an email is sent.

On receipt of the certificate, just follow the instructions given and a OTP (One Time Pin) is issued to the mobile number of the certificate holder registered on the system.  The number is used to activate the certificate, indicating that the certificate holder has received it. This also, activates the protective service.

How do prospective employers and/or educational institutions verify the certificate?

When prospective employees and/or other educational institutions want to verify the authenticity of the certificate, they simply use the smart scan QR code or check the unique number on our website in a few easy steps.

What do I do when my certificate is stolen or damaged?

Please contact the issuer in case of damage, in the case of theft please contact Certify.Direct.  We will update the status of your certificate making it worthless for any thief.
